Week7 warmup 70% 2 reps 75% 2 reps 105%for 1 SHOULD BE 15 TO 20 POUNDS ON YOUR BENCH!!!

I just got done trying it, I was amazed to find, beforehand I could lift 240lbs about, and afterwards I did 260lbs easily, didn't try again

1 rep max: 260 lbs
Goal: 300 lbs
Been lifting for 9 years, still going

p.s. any one have any other good routines that take 4-8 weeks to knock your bench up 15-20 lbs?

Very nice, i might just try it...

Definently seems geared towards lower reps though, think there is the possibility that your body just got used to holding the heavier weight when you might of worked with lighter weight but more reps before?

I don't know if im properly conveying what im trying to say but basically
if you work in 8-12 rep range all the time vs someone who works in the 3-6 rep range all the time, then even with the same muscle mass and strength, and no variables except this different rep range, then the person who practices with heavier weight, less reps would be better just because of being used to it.

Problem for me is that as a powerlifter, i hardly ever go over 6 reps, other then to throw in changes every once in a while, so my body might already be used to this...

We will see though, my current cycle ends in a couple weeks...

Thanks!
