For anyone who has shoulder problems or wants to avoid having any, these are some essential movements. Benefits are seen only if you can stick to using them regularly.

Swan dives are good for warming up. I also like renegade rows, turkish getups and windmills.
 
If anyone has any more, I would like to know.

I've recently had quite a severe shoulder injury, my rotator cuff to be exact, probably the most common form of shoulder injury - and can tell you now those cable L's and OH kettlebells are definite no's.
