For anyone who has shoulder problems or wants to avoid having any, these are some essential movements. Benefits are seen only if you can stick to using them regularly. http://www.elitefts.com/documents/shoulder_health.htm Swan dives are good for warming up. I also like renegade rows, turkish getups and windmills. If anyone has any more, I would like to know.

I've recently had quite a severe shoulder injury, my rotator cuff to be exact, probably the most common form of shoulder injury - and can tell you now those cable L's and OH kettlebells are definite no's.
