Routine Question

I just started taking nds supplements and thought it was time to change up my routine a bit I just wondered what would be better isolating muscle groups each work out for example Arms/Monday Legs/Tuesday Chest/Wednesday and so on and so forth. Or would it be better to do what I am doing now and just mix all those in to a single workout for example Full Body Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun Right now I am 5'4" at 140lbs, body fat percentage???? I am looking to tone up more than anything but i still want to build as much as possible in the process. I work out on a bowflex ultimate 2 so the exercises are practically endless, any input is greatly appreciated Thanks, Dusty
