The pics didn't work of the two. I was just going to say everybody makes a big deal about Ronnie and I think Arnold is the true king, due to how there diets are probably a little different and Ronnie has the advantage today with Creatines, NOS, better protein powders and stuff like that. They both use and used roids that is for sure. I think Ronnie has the advantage with todays supplements and training, but Arnolds Biceps are more impressive, Arnolds waist isn't bloated looking and much thinner and he has overall better symmetry

In my opinion, Arnold is the true king of bodybuilding. Ronnie is way over rated and doenst need 8 Mr. Olympia titles.

Ronnie earned the titles that he has. He is very deserving of them. There isn't another man alive who has the same muscle mass, proportion, symetry, etc. The sport is looking for the mass monsters right now and that's what Ronnie brings to the table. I personally think that Dexter Jackson has a more aestetically pleasing physique, but Ronnie has earned the titles that he holds. I agree though that Arnold is the king of bodybuilding. There has not been anybody do for this sport what Arnold has. He made this sport what it is today. Had they been on stage together, it would depend on the judges who won. Some would say Ronnie, some would say Arnold (depending on what was important to them). Had Arnold had the advantage of todays technology, nutrition, supplements, and knowledge, I think that he would have beat Ronnie hands down.

bodybuilding to the point of being the cover boy of mens health, and maximum fitness, or fitness rx, etc is ok by all means. when ur massive like ronnie or most of the bodybuilders, its pure disgusting. not visually appealing at all and u wont find a pretty lady cuz uknow, most dont like guys like that. ud prolly end up with a chick with 16" biceps and pecs. bottom line: they are both too big and god thats ugly ...well arnold is borderline...ronnie, dont get me started on him

As a bodybuilder Ronnie has done better simply because of his sheer size. Anyone saying that Arnold could take him are being persuaded by their personal affection for the guy. On the stage, Ronnie would win simply because Arnold wouldn't make it far enough on today's stages to be compared side by side with Ronnie.

I find Melvin Anthony's + Dexters phsique very apppealing. But Ronnie is simply amazing. He does deserve all of the wins IMHO.

arnie didnt eat the same way as bodybuilders today. he didnt have much besides protein and roids..i mean there was a few things but no creatine, no n02, and arnold certainly didnt take GH,HGC,HGH, or any kind of growth hormone like ronnie did. arnold didnt have fancy cutting supps. either, he had no XPEL or watershed to take ten days before the olympia. in todays modern world...arnie would be up there with ronnie, but we would never know what arnold could truly amount to with modern technology. as for ronnie winning the olympias...he deserves it.

Yes... But IMHO you can't compare the cycles back then to the cycles now. quote:

Not all of them use the prescription diruetics. For example, Jay Cutler uses dandelion root and vitamin C. No other diuretics.
