Sure someone with really big traps will have a hard time hiding them but i just dont think one picture is a good indicator of trap development. Oh and i dont give a damn about my traps haha you really should so some hang cleans, the traps are lacking and an important part of the back my traps are in no way lacking, i realize they run down the back and mine look pretty good. Im just sayin that little part at the top that most ppl look at when they judge your traps i dont care if that looks big or w/e...basically i think they look disgusting haha look at your avatar they are non-existant, i am by no means saying have traps like ronnie but there is nothing there, and you obviously disregard them. But do what you want... its because im spreading my lats in the shot doesnt matter try flexing your lats and traps at the same time

yea its easy so what? You still dont have upper traps you dont train them at all which i can see by glancing at your log... im not trying to gripe at you but you are neglecting an important muscle regardless if you think its gross

You still dont have upper traps you dont train them at all which i can see by glancing at your log... im not trying to gripe at you but you are neglecting an important muscle regardless if you think its gross its not easy its impossible... but i do see your point, ive just always felt like theyre getting the stimulation they need through deadlifts.
