came across this old picture from last august-right before i got serious.  Second ones from may, and is basically what i look like now.  So this is my career transformation i guess so far.  You can tell i lifted a little bit before then but nothing serious.

i think people are too quick to judge traps in pictures, they can look a hell of a lot different just by the angle that a person is in.  Sure someone with really big traps will have a hard time hiding them but i just dont think one picture is a good indicator of trap development.

Oh and i dont give a damn about my traps haha

*not that my opinion matters.. but i think the facial hair looks better on you than without it.

so yesterday i didnt work out...I figured since weve had a sign in sheet for the entire beginning of summer so far, i figured id take care of business as usual and come in a little late.  Well they took attendance at the beginning for some ass reason, so i came in an hour late for nothing when i couldve just stayed at tha bitches house.  Then today basically the same thing happened except i had already missed a day so i figured i had to go.  I went and they never took attendance.  EFF THAT.  gettin cb'd by football lifting-who the ****'s idea was it to put it at 2 o clock right smack in the middle of the gahdayum day anyway...

you really should so some hang cleans, the traps are lacking and an important part of the back

my traps are in no way lacking, i realize they run down the back and mine look pretty good.  Im just sayin that little part at the top that most ppl look at when they judge your traps i dont care if that looks big or w/e...basically i think they look disgustinghaha

i will post some trap flexing shots if you trapezius inspectors so wish.

look at your avatar they are non-existant, i am by no means saying have traps like ronnie but there is nothing there, and you obviously disregard them.  But do what you want...

p.s. this is a bodybuilding site, proportions are important...
