hmm where shall i start last time i posted was late august when i got banned. anyway, football season had me making no progress until recently but i tried to maintain what i could. Ive been bulking hard now for about 2 weeks. weight: about 205 Im makin a run for 225 by tha end of my senior year. Well see how it goes.

ive been sick since my last post. Its in my lungs and its still not completely gone so its pretty hard to workout. Im getting better though. Incline Bench 155 x 8 155 x 8 155 x 6 135 x 6 Skull Crusher 90 x 8 90 x 8 86 x 7 80 x 7 Pull up i have no idea what i did. it went something like 5 5 4 4 Barbell Curl 80 x 8 80 x 8 80 x 8 80 x 8 This weak workout had me killed. I was supposed to squat, shrug, and do lateral raises but i just wasnt up to it. Theyll get better.

lol i missed a few workouts, but ive done a pull, a push, and then another pull since last post. Heres today Pullup 8 8 4 5 Row machine 130 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 Curl machine 115 x 8 115 x 9 DB Curl 30 x 8 30 x 8 30 x 8 30 x 8 Rear delt fly ??? x 8 ??? x 8 definatly gaining size. Arms are bigger than ever at 15 3/8. my wieght hovers around 208-210. 205ish when i wake up. Stretch marks starting on tha shoulders and upper arms...not good.
