tried some stuff yesterday...hurt a bit so i stopped. One more week maybe. On a side note though my waist is down to 31.5" Arms are down half an inch but i really dont care for some reason. Probably the most cut ive ever been in my life. Ill put up a pic soon.

u should put up multiple pics. i wanna see the back, chest, shoulders, arms, legs. i just started cutting as well, so gimme a month or 2 and i hope to be close to 8 or 9 percent BF again.

Looking at it football-wise this is a dumb thing to be doing im going to get broke during the season wit like 8 percent bf. I think come july im gonna stop cutting.

Saturday Flat Bench warmup 5x3x225 yeah...got weaker Back Squat atg warmup 5x3x295 it was pretty tough, guess cause im not eating as much. 300 is going to be pretty hard. weighted leg up 50s 3x8x20lb. weighted decline crunch 50s 3x8x10lb. T-bar row 50s 10x100lb 8x100 8x100 6x100 edit: pictures most likely tomorrow. If not then monday. I look about the same but why not take some.
