first pic is cold, second one pumped.

Thinking about maybe competing towards the end of my senior year?? The idea jus kind of suddenly came up as many people have told me at this point i should.  Maybe with a good all winter bulk and then another cut in next spring ill be in contest shape...just a thought.  Ill probably post a thread about this in out of bounds or cmp.

i hate those rolls at my waist but they seem to be muscle not fat :/ so i dont see them going away.

if i could just get down maybe 2 more points of bf...

Ive been eating so clean, and frankly i dont miss pizza and burgers at all.  Im trying to gain/lose at the same time, cant really tell if its working haha but w/e, its not like i have anything to lose by trying this.  Diets basically brown rice, chicken, and peanut butter.  Fruits after lifting.  I should get some veggies in there though.

not sure why but getting pretty excited about this summer.  I plan on eating alot of really clean food and doing morning cardio everyday.

goals for the summer

1. hover around 196 for the summer maybe gain a pound or two.
2. get leaner
3. bench 300
4. squat 5x3 with 3 plates
5. dunk
6. improve 40 time

Not sure if all of this is possible especially combinations like 2/3 or 2/4.  Seems 5 will be the hardest to achieve, but no one accomplishes anything saying they cant.

Workin out in few hours.

well im not a big calorie counter but the way ive been eating lately its easy to count, so im gonna get my weight morning nd midday every day and how many calories im taking down and see if i can find the right spot to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time if its possible for me.  Thats my goal for the summer so here goes.

about 45min. of cardio this morning

weight (after 1st meal): 197
calorie goal for today: 3600
edit: Calories consumed: about 3900
waist 32 3/4 (trying to get a feel for what itll do to water retention)

Ill see how that number feels, im guessing if i factor in the cardio its at right about maintenance.

edit: midday im sittin right at 200.

What kind of fruits are you eating post workout?  I would keep it to a banana in your shake or something, I wouldn't advise eating any other kind, except maybe an apple.

Cutting out the fruit could make a big difference.

well thanks fox.

Im workin my legs for strength and size right now, more for strength though.  Twice a week I do a 5x3 with some heavy weight and then saturdays i do a 4x8 wit 45 second rests.  I really wanna jump higher and run faster and love squatting for power.  Id say squatting and deadlifting for reps of 3 are my two favorite exercises.

lol im gettin quite small, but somehow it seems worth it.  Looking at it football-wise this is a dumb thing to be doing im going to get broke during the season wit like 8 percent bf.  I think come july im gonna stop cutting.
