Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Cardio Everyday (Running Bike Stairmaster Boxing)
Abs: Mon Wends Fri

Cable Crossovers

Tricep Pushdown
Skullcrushers
Overhead Exensions <3 Out Of The 4, Vary Every Week>

Machine Row

Barbell Row
Pulldown

Dumbell Curls

Leg Press
