My mums computer fizzled out and I don't get much workout time anymore because she is in my room playing warcraft before I wake up and shortly before I go to sleep. Its very cramped in here, I took the door off so I can use the squat rack but the barbell lands on the computer chair so I can't really use it until someone moves off of my computer! Neighbors computer fizzled out too so I got two Warcrack addicts in my room now!
I'm trying to hit ~165Lbs sometime in April, I eat 1700-1800 calories on the days I do little on (maybe pullups), and 1900-2000 calories on the days I lift on. Sometimes I'm in the middle if I only run, being around 1800-1900 calories. I also currently pin myself around 16-18% bodyfat based on caliper and mirror.
I'm pissed, angry, frustrated, disgusted with myself, etc, I look in the mirror and I see a smaller version of myself, just as fat, just as lame. I might start a log if I hold down this new routine.
Be blunt and straight forward with the critique and don't worry about overvolting my nerves.
