I have been taking ripped fuel extreme now for about two weeks and eating protein bars for breakfast and working out pretty hard around 11 to 12:30 four days a week. But recently I have been getting light headed and feeling as if I want to puke is this due to the protein bars or the ripped fuel extreme or just the hard workout. I am somewhat new at working out at the age of 21 weighting in at 205 but not overweight. I have been taking two pills before my workout and that is it. It does say to take on an empty stomach but I do eat my protein bar. What would you recommend to remedy this situation.

How much ephedrine and caffiene is in two pills? It could be that, or the workouts. I' d suggest taking a little extra rest between sets, for recouperation.

It could be any of the three things you mentioned... although I doubt it' s the protein bars. Do you feel light headed right after you eat one? I would stop taking the Ripped Fuel and see how that goes for a week. If you still get the light head feeling, then do as Twin Peak suggests, and give yourself more time between sets. There' s a good quote by Arnold Schwarzenegger... Here it is: quote:
Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That' s what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they' ll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It' s not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I' m OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don' t pass out. They don' t go on. This isn' t to say that your light head feeling is good, but maybe you really are pushing your bodies limits. Stop the ripped fuel, give it a week, and see how you feel.

I agree with what Kris said, except I will go further and say that if you can rule out the Ripped Fuel, it probably is a good thing, in the sense that you are training hard. BTW, Kris, did you get my last email?
