Right lat is larger than left - Thursday, November 16, 2006 5:22 PM
My right lat is significantly larger than my left and i don't know why. The only conclusion i can  come to is that i play tennis and mostly use my right arm, but it just seems like to much of a difference for it to be b/c of tennis.

How should i even this out? What would be causing it?

maybe you are using bad form when doin lat excercises? are you lefty or righty? is your a righty you may be using your power side more then your left.

I would say tennis could be a cause.  Start using your left arm more and see if there is a change.

yeah im pretty sure it would be as your back would contract as you pull your arm back to swing so that would explain it
