If you've had problems for that long, go see a doc. In fact, if you give yourself a couple of weeks off and it still doesn't feel right, that's when you should head to the doc- Sooner the better.

I tried taking time off it didnt work. its not worth going to the DOC in my eyes cuz hes just going to tell me to take more time off. I am not willing to do that. my progress is too important to me.

First of all, you haven't even been to the doc, so you could be jumping to conclusions- Second, even if the doc did tell you you needed more time off- Well, he is a doctor after all, and he'd be telling you what you need to do to fix the problem. Remember, pain is your body's way of letting you know that something's wrong, and if you don't listen to it, you could end up with permanent damage- If you don't have it already. Think about all the progress you'll lose out on if in a couple of years, you're unable to use your wrist at all- Go get it checked. Even the pros like Markus don't play around with injuries like that.

I talked to a few body builders and they said they had the same problem, their upper arms were gorwing quicker than their forearms and wrists. They recommended that i do at least 3 excersizes speciaically for my wrists and forearms every week. Since i've been doing it, the right wrist feels a lot better.

Wish i could be as big as some of these guys....

Hummmm....

Usually when a muscle grows out of proportion to the strength capabilities of a tendon and ligament (say the things in forearms and wrists) it's a clear sign of an anabolic enhancement.

You'll also hear that most of the heinous muscle injuries and such come from people who have muscle strength that far out-weights the tendons and ligaments that support the muscle.

Not making any comments here in relation to what you've heard but.. I'd go with what CPL recommended and the things you've come across as well.

Doing exercises to support grip strength would be a great benefit.
