Ribs Clutch Abs

When I bend backward and forward, the "upper right" ab clutches against the lowest rib, giving a rather uncomfortable, yet not painful, feeling. Has anyone experienced this, or anyone knows if and how it can be dealt with?

I would see a dr, because i am not one and cannot diagnose but I get that from a heavy abs day, you need to stretch more too so they recover. I know some hard cores say not stretched but.....if you read up, it replenished the muscle so you can do more. Anyway, just overuse......called DOMS = delayed muscle onset soreness. take a day or 2 off abs. Linda
