your hitting your biceps 3x per week. you might want to take out the pull ups from monday.

Yep.  Just a thrown together new routine.
 
I plan on training with intensity rather than volume, as you can tell I normally up the rep ranges on isolation exercises for more utilization of the muscle.  Rather than training heavy with compound exercises.
