Review:
I begin to use this Creative 7 days ago. I take 4 caps/day, 2 in the evening and 2 in the afternoon. I choose to take 4 caps than the 2 recommended because i never respond well to creatine.
With MONO and CEX, my result was poor, no water retention (good), minimal strength increase (poor), nice recovery (good), weight gain (none) and some stomach disconfort.
Until now, im very impressed with Kre-Alkalyn Creatine:
No water retention
Great strength increase (30 lbs on flat dumbell press increase)
Very nice recovery
Weight gain (3 lbs)
No stomach disconfort
I will add some post during the rest of my cycle to keep you in touch of my progress. I plan to do 8 weeks cycle.
