its been almost 6 months since i worked out,ive gained 11lbs since then.im 17 yrs now and ill start working out on regular basis frm this may.
i want to increase my power and increase my body size.
i know it will take a lot of time,but i want you ppl to help me out badly.
pls tell me a proper routine to workout i.e what type of workouts i should do each day and how many times or can you ppl provide me the best links that would suit me,coz ive read many but im all confused which one to follow!
eventhough everyone requires diff style of workouts,i jst need something to start with as i have been doing everthing wrong before!
and im a sports man too i play badminton and basket ball so i run and skip to increase stamina.should i be running befor/after my workouts?
friends pls dont ignore this post...pls help me

yes, the MAX OT program is a good one not sure if you should use it for a first but you should give it a go

i wouldnt go right into the MAX OT program.  just lift for a couple weeks to get your body accustomed to it since you have had a long time off, and then begin the program.  I was lifting for a year straight and my joints hurt pretty bad from the program (low reps heavy weight) by the time i was finished. 

Its the same thing with running, you cannot just not run for six months and go out and then beat your 2 mile personal best, you have to work your way back up to it.

Squat: 295 x 8, ass to ground
Shoulder Press: 175 x 8
Barbell Row: 195 x 8
Skullcrushers: 105 x 10
(All lifts are on 3rd set)

ok well thts me!....but ive got some fat on my stomach and my abs r not visible anymore!
so do u think i should bulk??
and can u jst xplain me the actual meaning of bulking and cutting?
and should i start MAX OT after this?

Ye bulk for sure. Bulking means gaining lean mass (muscle mass), cutting means doing lots of cardio to shape up the muscles and lose unneeded fat.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts!
