Guten nacht everyone! Yes, it has been a bit, the coputer wasnt exactly the first thing that went when I got cut off for whatever reaosn, but I would like to inquire a question. I know this is my decision, but sience football for me is over, i have 2 options for lifting: go to the school weight room(some weights lacking ie max 720 for leg press, db only 80) for free, but its unrel;iably opened, or to join the local gym (cost unknown) which looks like it has some yummy gear. not litterally, but the 220 lb dual stack on the machines makes me wanna start doing a few lat pulldoiwns.. hehe. anyway just wondering whatt your deas on this are: go to a free gym, limited hours, not reliable, limited equitment, or very equiped one, mabey 20ish a month ect?many thanks!
