Rest time - Sunday, March 09, 2008 12:16 AM ( #1 )
I was wondering about this. Its been discussed alot that rest is needed into bodybuilding. On some thread I read that sleeping between 10 and 1 is benfical cause of something I dont remember.

As a teenager is abuse my right to sleep wayyyyy early and wake up way late. I.E for the whole march break i've kind been going to bed at 4-5 in the morning till 2-3 in the evening. I still get my 8hr of sleep and beyond, does it cut it or do i need to sleep earlier?

i dont think the time you go to sleep is very important. if you've grown into that routine, then as long as your getting that 8 or more hours your good. but you really should get to sleep at a good time lol
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

8 hr sleep is ok for you, but if you sleep late night ... this is not good for you, my advice you have to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, in the morning time do some exercise and go for walk , this is very good for health and fitness.

The sunlight I know does something with your internal clock and I am pretty sure it is just more natural and healthier to go to sleep when the sun goes down and wake up when it comes up.  I think I remember my mom telling me something over the years about it when I stayed up late.  Of course I did not listen to her though :D.

Right I've heard this several times but I have not once seen any facts backing this up. And I dont know that I believe it.
