Hey everyone i have definatley fallen short of my goals before but now i will be dieting without ANY cheating. I have decided that i will not be counting calories because it can be a huge hassle. I plan to just eat very healthy and eat 5 or more times a day. I work out at the gym (usually including some cardio on elyptical, treadmill, or biking) on monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday. On the other days i will be doing cardio when i have time (with my boxing club membership i will be doing ALOT of cardio) I will get my weight tomorow, but i have been from 200-210. I am 6'2 or a little taller and I will order calipers soon and get my BF%. I will take before and after pictures to track my progress. I will be trying to gain a little muscle and cut while losing as much fat as possible. I will set goals once i get my bf and my weight. I am taking three supplements ( i have about enough for a months use of each of them). I am taking Melting Point, Xceed, and Basic Cuts. I'm gonna post my workouts and some of my diet but i plan to just be more general in the diet area. Wish me luck guys.. hopefully i can go at least a month or 2 without any cheating. EDIT (2/5/07): OK i have changed my plan. I tried going without really posting that much for over a week and i couldnt make it without messing up. So i decided to make myself accountable and to post my meals and workouts and basically daily summary. I got a membership to my local boxing gym which is an amazing workout and should help me alot. i am also going to order calipers tonight.

2/5/07 Here is what i did today: 4:45am - woke up 4:55 - drank a glass of water with 1 scoop of XCEED mixed in 5:05 - went to 24 hour fitness -Did back and biceps today. I did (in this order): - Hyper Extensions
- Lat Pulldowns
- Seated Rows
- Bent Over Barbell Rows
- Standing Barbell Curls
- Hammer Curls
- Preacher Curls
I did 3 sets of each.. and tried to stay withing 5-8 reps per set. 6:10 - went over to the grocery store and bought some Smartwater, gum, a fuji apple, wheat bread and 2 bananas. 6:20 - Drank another glass of XCEED (1 scoup) mixed with Airborne (lol wanted to try how it would taste.. wasnt too bad) - Ate an omelete with 2 eggs, some egg white, sliced up ham, and some mozarella cheese. 7:30 - school 8:40 - ate a ham sandwich (ham, whole grain wheat bread, light ranch, swiss cheese.. i dunno what happened to my mozarella slices) 11:40 - ate a fuji apple (no salads were left at lunch, was planning on getting one) 3:00 - ate a banana 3:15 - played some basketball (by myself.. still got a good workout) for like 30 mins 5:00 - ate some steamed (i guess) pork with some seasoning on it, with a little rice (from like ricearoni or something) 7:45 - ate a hamburger (85% lean patty, on a wheat bun, cooked on foreman grill, with some swiss cheese, catsup, and lettuce) No eating after 8 i didnt drink a lot of water today.. normally i drink more. i probably only got 30 ounces, being generous. i need to up that intake.

2/6/07 Workouts- Chest+Tris -Bench -Incline Bench -Hammer Press -Close Grip Bench -Cable Pushdown -Wasnt able to do Skullcrushers like i wanted Skateboarded for like 15 minutes, played basketball for 45 minutes when i got home from school. Played another 30 minutes of basketball (by myself, but running ALOT) later. Food 5:00 - Glass of XCEED+airborne 6:30 - Glass of XCEED, 2 Basic Cuts pills, 3 Melting Point Pills - Omelete (3 eggs, 1 egg white, mozarella cheese, sliced brown sugar ham) 11:30 - Ham Sandwich (Ham, French bread, cheese i think cheddar, lettuce, some ranch and mayo) 1:30 - Ham Sandwich again (same as above) (bought from school) 5:30 - some alaskan king crab, lobster, and some terriyaki rice (i think) with butter (quite a bit) 9:35 - 2 BC pills, 3 MP pills I still need to drink more water and get in more meals.
