In trying to get bigger how many reps and what sort of sets should I be doing those reps in???? and what sort of weight should I be trying to use? Right now I am doing like 3 sets of 8,6,6 or something like that I feel a good burn, but I feel like I may be toning more than anything.... I am not really worried about strength or how much I am lifting I am going for quality not quantity!!!! Please let me know what sort of reps and sets others are using to get big thanks!

if you're trying to bulk up and get bigger, you want to do less reps of more weight. when i say more weight, i mean weight that's really hard for you to lift for example, bench press : i'd do one set of 10 reps at about 75 %. then 8 reps at about 85%. then 6 reps of 90 %, 4 reps at 95 %, then 1-2 reps at 100 %. after you do the set at 100%, do it two more times
