I just downloaded Marc's e-book (nice and easy to comprehend so far), but I do need clarification on repetitions though. In the example on page 36, it suggests on Day 1 to do Chest (10) and Triceps (8). What I think it means is to do 3 different excercises for each BP. For the chest do 10 reps (30 total since I'm doing 3 chest excercises) and 8 reps for triceps (24 total). Am I correct on that, or am I missing something here? Thanks for reading my questions!
