hi need your advice. About 3 weeks ago doing Smith Machine Shoulder Press i felt a twinge in my lower shoulder (Rhomboid) and the next day i felt very sore in a pain sort of way, not a workout way. Went to Physio who said i'd minor pulled my Left Rhomboid. I've trained around it since, and it is feeling better now. BUT, my Benching and Shoulder Pressing seem to be restricted on my left side. I don't get a pump on my left side but i do on my right. Really odd, although i am still making gains. Physio said it was Muscle INhibition , my brain telling my left side not to lift too much. It almost feels like i can lift double on my right. My problem is i don't want my ride side to develop at the expense of my currently weaker left side. Any help on exercises to 'kick-start' my left side would be appreciated, or do i just need to not weight train for a while? Also when looking at myself SHoulder Press it looks like my weaker left side lifts up and out rather than straight up. Has something not healed correctly? thanks
