After a couple of months of lifting and seeing some progress to my shoulders, triceps and biceps I'm noticing that my forearms need some work too in order to build up their size. What are some good forearm exercises? So far the only one I know is a forearm curl? where you put your arm down on a bench and holding a dumbell flex your hand up so your knuckles are pointing towards the ceiling, then you slowly flex down so they're pointing towards the floor - like a bicep curl but just using your wrist.
