Recommended rest days for this routine

Hey everyone. Does anyone have any suggestions for what the best rest day would be in this split routine!? It lists wednesday, but considering I have a decent amount of lifting experience, and have already completed a good full-body routine, could I complete the 3 workout days consecutively (monday,tuesday,wednesday) and then rest on thursday? Or is what's already listed the best bet. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Take a day off. Eat plenty and sleep. Thursday

I've always been told to never do more than 2 days in a row. Unless your very experienced or some other extreme case. Can't you do Monday, Wednesday, Friday and rest the others?
