Reccomendations / Advice for current routine

I am pretty happy with this routine, I've made some substantial strength gains in the past month or so with it after falling off the wagon for about 6 weeks. My goal is to increase my bench numbers as it seems very low compared to my deadlift/squats. Anyway, I have spent 2 years doing workouts out of books and I thought I would take a stab at creating something on my own. I lift three days a week, sometimes four depending on schedule but never on consecutive days. A. Bench Press 5x3 (current weight 115lbs) Dips 2 sets until failure DB Incl Bench 2x15 Seated Row 2x15 Front Mil Press 2x8 Pullups 2 sets until failure Abs B. Deadlift 5x3 (current weight 235lbs) Good Morning 2x15 Romanian Deadlift 2x15 Static Lunge 2x8 High Pull 2x8 Abs C. Squat 5x3 (current weight 200lbs) Step-Ups 2x15 Split Squats 2x15 Front Squat Push Press 2x8 Squat Jumps/Box Jumps 2 sets until failure Abs I will also do sets of 10-15 pushups any time I think of it on days that are not workout A or the day after. Any advice/feedback/suggestions are welcome. Thanks! -Nick
