I'm pretty much at a loss, with what is a pretty big problem to me. I'm 5'9 and weighing 140lbs, so I could be bigger, but eating "normal" (normal as in, Im not on a diet or bulking, just normal three good meals a day) really doesn't put any weight on me. That's how it goes. I work out, but again, not seriously hardcore or anything. My big problem is my arms, which I'm pretty self conscious about and it keeps me from going outside in t-shirts, which obviously sucks quite alot when it's hot, hehe. If anyone could take a look at the picture and tell me what I should do (what exercises to do to target the inner part of the tricep, how to bulk without going overboard, just anything to make the inner connection between my upper and lower arm more smooth), it would be greatly appreciated as it's really something that bothers me. I dont wish to get all muscly or anything, just want more normal arms, but willing to go the distance to get it. Picture...

There we go now it works. And yeah dude your arm is fine. I had the same thing when I was like 122 lbs. You just gotta get into lifting. Your forearm looks huge compared to your biceps. Gotta do some curls to get it into proportion. Also try to eat 5-6 times a day not just 3, that wont do. Don't say you dont want to "get muscly" just get a decent routine and keep up with your diet. Since you look like a beginner, start out light and work your way up. There's nothing to be embarassed about...it takes a long time so be patient...never give up. This is a lifelong commitment, it will be part of your every day life...you cant just go in the gym whenever you feel like it and do whatever. You have to stick with it and follow through, it's your body and only YOU can go the distance, nobody else can do it for you. You can probably find a few good routines on these forums also TONS of info on nutrition and even suppelemts. I recommend you read more about it on here and ask people, they will help you. This is by far the best body building community I've ever been a part of. Good Luck bro!

oh and... quote:
how to bulk without going overboard there is no such thing as going overboard...especially for you. If you mean you don't want to look like a competitive bodybuilder then you should know that it would take years and years to get THAT big. Once you start lifting you will find that the bigger you get, the bigger you would want to be...at least thats how I am. Do you have an access to a gym? Some weights? what do you have that you can work with?

No access to a gym, unfortunately. I got dumbells, but only 5kg each. (The fancy kind where you cant add more weight, of course.. sheesh). So any specific (and detailed please) ideas on how to do something about these arms?
