Hi Zeus1985, If that is a photo of you, then I would suggest that your body might be an ectomorph (aka Hardgainer). Diet is going to play a major role in what you pack on. You gotta make sure that your inhaling enough calories to support growth, coupled with weights. In setting a goal, ensure its realistic so that you dont get disheartened and throw in the towel. Remember, each day you eat 6 meals a day and lift weights, you are slowly getting towards your goal, even if you can see it. Good luck..
