One of the most frequently asked questions from all beginners who start out to get fit boils down to one principle:

Realistic Expectations

You must have realistic expectations of yourself and your goals. If you want to look like Arnold by the end of 1 year and have bet your friends and family, then you are doomed to fail.

Somebody once said that people overestimate what they can achieve in one year and underestimate what they can achieve in five years.

Getting fit and getting into shape can be one of the most worthwhile personal satisfactions you'll ever feel. But as with anything that is worth it, it does take time to get there.

Tip: Don't be in a hurry to succeed.
