Real quick question - Monday, December 15, 2008 1:44 PM ( #1 )
weight bench

I was planning on asking for a weight bench for christmas and I found this one, I was wondering where the bar actually goes, because i dont even see a place for it, tell me if im missing something here

Hang Clean: 225 lbs
16 yrs old
190 lb

goal bench by end of football season : 285

There is no bar,Looks like the plates get loaded onto head unit,And that whole part move up when benching,Almost like a machine ...
