After a long six month break from the gym, I am FINALLY motivated to get serious and get back the body that I worked so hard for in the past!  I have considered figure competitions in the past and with the help and support of a few friends, I've decided to pursue my goal and I'm looking forward to competing in the near future.  I am currently deployed to the Middle East and am concentrating on nothing but hitting the weights hard for the next 4 months.  I just got my shipment of supplements in and I'm, without a doubt, ready to ROCK!  If there are any professionals out there who would like to donate a little bit of their time and give me suggestions, I would be mroe than happy to take advice!

Today was the best workout that i've had yet!  (since i've been deployed at least!)  i've identified my weaknesses as being legs and shoulders, so basically, i'm going to concentrate on building a little mass in the leg area and rounding my outer delts.  if i do this, in MY opinion, i'll have the physique i'm looking to have for the upcoming competition season.  i know i need to post some pictures on here, but unfortunately, my resources are limited being that i'm in a deployed location and can only get onto government computers that monitor every site you enter.  so stand by for pics!  Smile

ok, so there's something about the smell of sweaty men, and the sight of massive mounds of complete shreddedness that motivates me even mroe to be in the gym every morning!  i always love being in the gym, but for some reason, i've had a lack of motivation to actually GET there...so i walk to the building next to mine to get the guys out of their room and when they open the door...all i see is two guys standing there with their shirts off with bottles full of a blue substance...n.o. explode! haha  if it wasn't for these beautiful creatures, i swear, i wouldn't be in the gym everyday! lol  anyway...awesome workouts the past few days!  the guys are really pushing me to new limits!  plus they give me extra time to push out some extra exercises that they aren't doing that day.  i know my weak areas are my outer delts and i want to gain mass in my legs, so they force me to work harder.  the motivation that i get from my boys is especially appreciated on leg day because i need the encouragement and extra push.  i like being called a pussy in the gym because it just makes me lift harder.  i'm still working on getting some pics up on here to show progress, but hold tight!  Smile

okay, so i admit, my diet isn't going as well as i'd like due to lack of resources and nutritional food, but my workouts have been awesome!  This is just a basic outline of how the week is planned.  Keep in mind, I'm concentrating on rounding out my shoulders and gaining mass in my legs, this is why i'm working those areas twice a week...a heave and light day for each.
 
Monday:  Back/Light Traps/Heavy Calves
 
Tuesday:  Off
 
Wednesday: Bi's/Tri's/Light Shoulders
 
Thursday: Quads/Hams (HEAVY DAY!!)/Light Calves
 
Friday:  Off
 
Saturday: Shoulders/Abs

Sunday:  Chest/Light Quads and Hams/Abs
 
I'm going to have to tape myself here soon that way i can see my gains frmo month to month.  i have about 6 months to prepare.  that includes bulking, AND cutting, so i better get on my a-game!  pics and measurements to come!
