I was wandering when you look at labels what do you look for and how much it to much. My goals are to lose weight. I lift about 6 times aweek ad do cardio 3 or 4 times a week.

well if you notice that the food you eat in one meal is 50% of your sodium intake, chances are, by the end of the day and in your other 5 meals, there will be more than 50% so try and just split it out evenly

while cutting try and avoid sugars completely

carbs, at the beginning of your cut keep them relatively high and throughout each week drop them down to a bit until by the end of your cut you're down to around 15-20%

I look at the ingredients list just as much as the nutrient labels.  As for fat, it depends what Im eating.  I taper carbs throughout the day, so its not uncommon for my dinner to have a good 20-30 grams of fat from olive oil, salmon, nuts, etc...My biggest concern is the ingredients list...any thing unnatural i try to avoid.  If it is natural, its clean in my opinion  (including butter, cream, etc) just keep your macros and daily cals how you want them
