Wow what's going on in here guys? Let's all be respectful and remember that this is all about bodybuilding and helping each other out, not arguing and bringing each other down. And Pure - People will take your advice if you're someone to be respected, and you know your stuff, regardless of qualifications. I get guys IMing me all the time asking for my help/opinion on different topics and because they respect me I give the best advice I can, but I also have respect for them, and will tell them when I don't know something or am not qualified to give a solid answer, then I try to point them in the direction of a reputable source. So lets get back to business guys, and leave this behind us, OK?

I'm with ripped. I'm very disappointed in how this discussion went. It progressed like a really bad nickel romance novel.

PureNatural - that last post against Builtdarntough150 was not smart. At the moment, after being called out, you can seriously use as many people on your side as you can get. And talk about blowing your own horn.. Just take it easy. Lets settle down and lets put this behind us yeah? Core - which routines that the mods are recommending are flawed? Can you give a few examples? We are all here to learn so if you can point out the mistakes and then your suggestions it might be useful.

I've already stop as we all did, he still came in and started continuing the argument calling my advice fraud and that it hasn't work on anybody. So I thought I've prove my statements. As for now I'm already done and alright with him, you can check the other read I'm trying to give the guy some help like always.

pure natural, I was wondering in your routine suggestion of 5x5 how would this be done? Do you train each set until failure or do you train so that you are able to do 5 reps for 5 sets? Also, why isn't good to train until failure for each set? I am currently doing max-ot where you do warm up sets, then train to failure for 3 sets of 4-6 reps and its been working out really well. Infact, moderators on site suggest the routine; however, I want to start another cycle doing a different routine for a while just to prevent my body from adapting and thought about your post for the 5 x 5 routine. How does this routine work? thanks pure natural.
