Reaction time/eyes

Hey guys, being a baseball player (out of the game for 1 1/2 yrs due to illness) I need some good reaction times (as with any sport). My reaction time isn't horrible, but what are some ways to improve it? I'm talking about things like picking up the ball out of a pitchers hand mroe than something like a line drive towards me at 1B.

I hate to say it cause it really does not involve physical activity, but video games help train/strengthen the mind's response time.

Video games, huh? Thanks for the tips, too. I just found a reaction ball on-line and purchased it...soooo hopefully that comes soon. Thanks again!
