Great job man! I'm glad you reached your goal. I'm surprised you only weigh 181 though, that's as much as I weigh and you look a lot bigger than me. I guess I'm fatter lol

thanks everyone! i am cutting hard for summer. No more games this year! has anyone done the HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)? I started last week and its NUTS!! here it is:

I started traing MMA at Flow MMA In Palatine, but never keeped up because work and the cost of lessons. I just do it for fun with some of my friends that train

Cool man.  I was training boxing but school is putting the training on hold for a while.  I think my gym started a BJJ class so I'll prob try that when I go back.  I love grappling.

That HIIT workout you listed sounds brutal, but it looks good.  I always avoid inclines cause they hurt my knees, and alot of people that run incline alot tend to have knee problems when they get older, so I would suggest avoiding it, but it prob won't hurt as long as you don't do it too much.  This is all just my opinion though, and I'm no expert.

three minutes a daya re not too bad.. i dont do incline that high every time
