Rate my protein shake

This is what i've been blending up together lately as a Gainer. I drink it twice a day. 3 scoops of chocolate whey protein 3 raw eggs 2 tablespoons of all-natural peanut butter 2 scoops up original oatmeal 10 ounce of milk 1) Is there anything I should reduce or anything else I should add to it?? 2) Based on those ingredients, does anyone know how much protein and calories that gives me? 3) Do I drink the shake on days that I do not work out? I workout three days a week.

no idea on the numbers for your protein powder, but the rest is: 3 large eggs, 221 cals 15g fat, 1.2 carbs, 18.9 protein peanut butter 3 tbs: 282 cals, 24 g fat, 9.5g carbs, 12g protein 2% milk: 147 cals, 5.8g fat, 14 carbs, 10 protein no idea what you consider a scoop of oatmeal, so assumptions are about 300 to 400 cals for the PP and another 200 for the oats. 1100 - 1400 cals 45 - 50g of fat 60 - 100g of carbs 90 - 110g of protein. too much cals, fat, and protein....IMO

Take out the raw eggs and add more milk. 16 oz should be good. EDIT: Add a banana also.

agreed. TAKE OUT the raw eggs. SUBTRACT 1 of the whey protein scoops (make it 2 total) Use 2 cups of milk (i believe 1 cup has 13 grams of protein, so that's 26 grams just from the milk) Use at least 1 cup of oatmeal, if not 1.5 cups (i have no idea what a scoop is when u mentioned it)
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Also, when i mentioned scoop of oatmeal, i didnt clarify it, sorry. I use the same scoop I found in the whey protein container if that helps.

How can I make my shake better? I'm listening to the advice i've seen here and i'm taking out the raw eggs so far. Also, does anyone know if I'm suppose to drink the shake even on days I dont work out?

Try this: 1 cup oats 2-3 cups milk 2 scoops whey 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 banana You can do some other fruits also, but peanut butter/banana goes

I know it's good but is there a reason why you considered using banana instead of any other fruit?? And how much banana do I use? The whole fruit or half or?

Bananas do wonders.full of potassium will prevent cramps (of the muscle variety) I put one whole banana in a protein shake...(ON 100% banana creme...Oh man...awesome!)
Current Stack: HDROL,Celltech,Superpump 250, Glutamine,Beta alanine,Whey protein.

Can anyone tell me why I should reduce my scoops of whey protein from 3 down to 2? Wouldn't the more be better?

Your body can only digest a certain amount of protein at any given time. taking upwards of 75g (of powder at that) at one time is just too much.
