Rare chronic elbow pain

I have had an elbow injury for about 7 months now. Its a hot pain on the inside of my elbow. It initially was only when I pushed something like bench shoulder press and tricep exercises. However, recently it has spread to curls. After reading the syndesmosis article on bb.com i think it must b this. I have had a MRI and X-ray which both show nothing. A forearm Strap took away all pain but now it has suddenly got worse and the straps are not working aswell, especially not on curls. Any body have similar problems. I believe syndesmosis problems to be rare so there isnt much on them. Thanks

See http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Rehabilitation_Tricep_Tendontis/m_63839/tm.htm Sounds like Tricep Tendontis! I get it when I either do Flat Bench Press or heavy French Press. Originaly think I picked it up doing wieghted (6 * 20kg plates) on bench dips (between 2 benches). Does not hurt doing incline chest or tricep pressdowns. Had MRI, but showed nothing, but defintely there... Tried Glucosamine, Chondroiten, MSM, Celadrin, Mega 3-6-9 and Physio. Think a fix is Adequen (Vet drug, 1 inject a week) or Alfutop (inject ED for 21 days...), deca and HGH, but thats money... plus avoiding flat bench, pressing tri exercises and using straps around tricep lower part. Hope this helps!
