Hey there, today's my first day cutting, and i want to keep track of my progress. i planned out my calories and carb/protein/fat intake as best as possible. i'm going to take hydroxycut hardcore to aid in my cutting, not to replace my diet and excercise. i'm going to measure myself as soon as i can, but i dont have the time yet this morning...but i will before i go to the gym today. my goal drop a minimum of ten pounds, and keep as much muscle as possible. my water intake will be as high as i could possibly make it, around 1- 1 1/2 gallons a day 8/07/06 Weigh in-175 lbs. at 1025am 1030- One Cup Oatmeal
