 Quick Xceed Question

Quick Xceed Question - Thursday, June 22, 2006 8:07 PM
        The recomended doses of xceed say to take a serving before you workout and then at least 6 hours before or after you work out, well i work out at 3 and wake up at 9 for work. I eat breakfast when i wake up and it says that I should take it on an empty stomach so I have been taking it on a full stomach in the morning. When i take it after my workout at 10 PM i go to bed soon after and then end up waking up a time or two at night having to piss my ass off. My question is would I be able to take it pre workout and then take it post workout too or would that be dangerous. The only other supplements I take are ON whey 3 times a day (one post workout), and muscle milk before bed, and a multi vitamin. Please help me with this guys, thanks.

ya, thats fine i think a lot of people who use xceed use it pre and post workout.  drink it about 30-45 minutes before and than immediatley after your workouts

Dose it pre and then immediately post workout.

Hey 40;
 
Got my XCEED yesterday. I normally take VNS-JACKED but, as you pointed out VNS may be under dosed in some areas so I wanted to give XCEED a try. The directions state, how and when the product should be taken; however, it does not indicate the quantity of liquid to be taken, 10-12-16-18-20oz????

8-12oz of water is suffice.

Just wondering. Wouldn't using too much water dilute the intensity of a single portion of XCEED?

I am also taking Xceed, & liking it. But I have a question about my L-Glutamine intake from protien shakes. I take in about 11g of L-glutamine from shakes spread throughout the day, but try to drink them at least an hour before or after my Xceed/L-Arginine dosage. Is this good practice?

Some companies say no more than 10g of L-G but, I don't think 11g will make any difference.

would you suggest taking it before and after you work out. (xceed)  cause i am thinking about trying it. i workout at eight pm during the week, so would i take it pre and post or would it be better to take a dose in the mornin and pre workout.    the morning dosage being before i eat.
i am constantly learning
i will enter a natural bb comp
i will come in a close to 200 lbs as possible
i am current around 210
