Ok, I just wanted to say I think your website is a terrible source of weight lifting informationa and you are going to damage young bodybuilders if they use your information. Supersetting EVERY workout is ridiculous and a great way to over train and burn out quicker than ever. You also have the beginniners doing WAY too many sets for their first few montsh of bodybuilding. A three day routine doing the whole body mon-wen-fri. is fine. You need to be more cautious with the information you post on the internet.

The program is actually from the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia. If a pro with countless years of experience recommends it than I'm sure its not damaging. It is not for extreme first time lifters, at least 6 months experience would be required if not more to use that program. It is for the extremely dedicated, dedicated to gain mass. Supersetting in a number of sets is only done in the advanced program also

If a pro with countless years of experience recommends it than I'm sure its not damaging. But one of the rules that should be followed is: Thou shalt not follow the routines of pro bodybuilders. Supersets as an occasional thing.. are cool. But anything other then that and 90% of us.. if not more would be blasting ourselves into the over-training mode. I could train like Arnold. As hard as Arnold. Make it my life like Arnold. And still never be anywhere close to Arnold. If you recommend using it infrequently as something to break the routine.. I'll buy that.

In the advanced program using it frequently works good, it helps keep the heart rate up by doing opposing muscles right after the other, then resting inbetween. It is a very difficult program and that is why it is for advanced dedicated bodybuilders

Yes im sure it worked for Arnold...who openly admits to using anabolic steroids. If a beginner is using the roids then I guess that program would work for them too :)
