I have been asking a good friend of mine who is a health expert about good foods and combinations. He has given me a lot of great advice on foods and I have a Recipe that I eat all the time. I usally grab a 12 grain wheat bread spread a lot of peanutbutter and some peanuts then some honey and maybe add some bananna (lol cant spell).. I tastes soo good i cant believe its healthy!! also always check your lables you dont want high grams of trans or saturated fats... look for monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats they are healthy fats... but yea try it

honey isnt good for u, just cause its natural doesnt mean its healthy. also if ur gonna eat bread try to use 100% whole wheat bread. 12 grain is better than white but they can still be using white flour in it
