well i suppose my calorie deficit would be about 500, my bf% is probably in the 20's, set point? im guessing thats the bf% i want? in the low 10's, i've been dieting on and off for a while.
2-5 servings? So do you eat anything during the day? lol, or do you take it with food? Im going to read the link mda gave me to learn more.
