I'm 16 and i was wondering about creatine and a supplement called noxplode. #1, at my age (16) should i even consider using creatine-based products/foods/suplements, and what affects could happen from me using creatine? #2, i've used noxplode before, before i learned that it has creatine (by the way: until i learn anything about creatine I'm trying my best to just stay away from it) and i was wondering if noxplode should be used by someone my age. I'm being pretty serious about my training and i'm going to do a competition in august, so i'd like to add size and mass. but i don't want to use a product that could have a negative affect on me, i've heard that creatine's not recommened for someone my age, and i'd just like some input. any suggestions reffering to my questions would be much appreciated.

I've not read of any peer reviewed or published side effects of creatine on younger people.

But with that said, I personally wouldn't recommend it until age 18+. At 16, it's really not necessary to introduce anything into a growing body other then a damn tight diet and good training.

The gains from stuff like that is maybe 3% anyway. Hardly gonna make or break you from winning a compeition.

So in all honestly, I wouldn't bother. While I don't see the facts that it causes any damage, I just wouldn't mess with it until you are older anyway. Save the $$$ and spend it on food, movies and a few good ebooks.
