Alright.. I have been working out for sometime, but never really used supplements.  Anyway my bud told me to try N.O Xplode as he has seen good results.   I have a few questions.  I want to make sure I have this right.  On training days take about 2 scoops before work out and on non training days take 1 scoop. Also is it alright to do cardio i.e running on the treadmill ect with this?

Some people love No X, and some people dont like it (usually b/c the cost is higher than other pre workout supps).  I am one WHO loves it!  It keeps me focused, gives me energy, and makes my veins look freakish during my workout!  I just think its a good product, if thats what you are looking for.  Some folks can do without the veiny look, but i get a kick out of it.  Anyway, to answer your questions (you can read the label and it should tell you what to do, but YES, 2-3 scoops is recommended about 30-45 mins before your weight workout on an empty stomach.  i can only take 2 scoops, b//c 3 scoops makes me too shaky.  too much caffeine for me.  Start with two and see what your body tolerates.  On my days off weights, i do cardio, and only take one scoop.  Its ok to take it before cardio, yes.  As long as you feel ok with it, it will help keep you focused and energized.  I know runners who take it before races all the time.  Orange tastes like the old school St. Josephs aspirin (not that good)...Grape is very good though as well as the berry flavored one.  GL to you.

I used this product for about a year.  If you need something to motivate you this product works well.  And it helps give you pumps in the gym.  However, I have found the benefits to stop here.  This product will not help you create real gains unless you say that it helps you work out harder.  But this goes back to if you need something to get you amped for the gym.  If you want real muscle gains eat more food.  Don't believe the hype.

I doubt you will see any results from it other than your money being gone and you being jacked on caffeine during your workout. Results come from a good diet and proper lifting. If you do take it I would definetely not take it on your off day. That is a waste and your tolerance to it will build up faster. Take it preworkout. I would start with one scoop, if you never take preworkout stuff 1 scoop will be more than enough.
