I work my biceps and shoulders on the same day, so what I do is work my biceps first, then work my shoulders. I heard that you are suppose to take creatine right after you work out, and protein 30 minutes after you work out. My question is, Is it bad that I don't take creatine right after, and protein 30 min after I work out my biceps b/c I am working my shoulders?

The 30 minutes is in reference to the workout as a whole, not one group in particular.

Take creatine right after your workout and protein 30 mins later, but if you dont take it right away dont worry, because if you drink them 10 mins later it wont make a huge difference. Just make sure you take them, you dont need to watch the clock to the minute. -Mike
