fast metabolism causing you to only eat 2-3 meals a day? only reason why its fast is because of that. eat 5-6 times a day and we'll see how fast it is.
Apparently u did not understand my question so next time never judge on people for seeking out trouble and flame them when u didnt even read the full question.
when i said fast metabolism i meant people who are naturally with a fast metabolism due to thier genetics and not people that eat less meals to boost up thier metabolism in fact eating less meals slows down ur metabolism and never increases it and boosting it up can be accomplished by eating more frequently.
