Ok I posted this in another thread where optimumhealth was explaning it but it was toward the end so no reply, so I hope I am getting this right with creatine you get the illusion of gaining muscle size and a temporary boost in strength. so as soon as you stop taking it all of that goes away even if you took advantage of the strength increase while taking it you will go back to doing the same amount of weight as you did before right? Also what would be the best creatine I can buy at GNC that has a good price for what you get, or just the best in general? oh yeah and anyone can answer lol Thanks in advanced

ok.Creatine gives a boost in strength doing workouts and u took advantage of it.U gain bothwater and muscle weight. You stop it.You lose the water weight, retain muscle weight and strength.Hope this helps. One more thing.GNC is way took ex.Look for a website near ur country or location.Aim for creatine monohydrate.Ive got an article about diff types of creatine .i can find it for u if u wan. here it is: http://www.absolute-creatine.com/2.htm

I Second to that.Ths only diff is thier so called special fomula. Some would use ethyl ester malate and some would claim better absorption rates.Who knows?I jus bought Universal CM 3 days ago and tried it yesterday.Boom,i could withstand fatigue level longer and it aches like **** today.Dont forget,CM is not magic powder. It allows u to work harder with better mind focus.

I like to take my creatine after I workout with a carbohydrate supplement and protein. Been on creatine for quite awhile with no side effects other than better gains.

Creatine is awesome. Works well, just have to be patient when first starting out. You will have more of a psychological effect at start. Then after a while, you will see gains with endurance, just make sure to drink plenty of water, or you might get dehydrated.
