I haven't paid much attention to my abs until recently. I've grown quite a belly in the process of bulking up, and now I wanna lose it, so I've started doing high-rep sit-ups. I'm thinking that is just like cardio, but focused on the stomach area. Question, then, will my body burn mainly abdominal fat, or won't my body turn to any specific area of fat for fuel? Also, since I'm unable to do "unsupported" sit-ups, or however to put it, I keep my feet under a sofa, and also keep my palms on my hips. Does that still work the abs? Thanks in advance.
