My current school schedule does not allow me to take it half an hour before i eat breakfast
So you be waking up and just making it to class? You only need to take it 30 mins before you eat.
However.. honestly.. bottom line.. just take it.
For example, I was going to take it after I worked out today... but now today is going to be my non-training day and I'll hit the gym tomorrow. So I'll just take it when I get home.
As far I'm concerned, the most crucial time for supplementation is post-workout.
The other stuff.. ah.. just take it. If you cannot take it early for your reasons, take it after lunch.
I'd just say, don't take the stuff on a full stomach as you want it to be fully absorbed. And take it with a full 16-20oz of water.
I'm really not convinced it will make that big of a difference. As long as you have creatine in your system, it's all good. And the excess you do have stored up by creatine supplementation isn't going to flush out in a day. So you should be just fine.
Directions say take it twice a day, yet not many people are following that because it just doesn't make sense, they want to make it last longer or it doesn't fit the routine.
I wouldn't' worry about it.
