N Large says to take 4 scoops with 12-16OZ of Milk. I use 1% low fat. Do they mean 4 scoops using the plastic scoop thing that comes with it?? I had the shake tonight after a 1 hour Kickboxing workout. It is too foamy after putting the powder & milk in the blender. What is good with it?? A can of dry tuna from the can in water?? 600 calories at this time of night from one shake is alot even if I am trying to put on weight. Don't want to end up in 'fatsville' even if I am underweight & barely 130LBS at 5'6".
